After a long framing phase of the project, we designed, developed and implemented Sales Cloud, Salesforce's sales module. The challenge was to provide the firm with a powerful CRM for its Web activity. A CRM able to take into account, target and reach on the Internet the customers and leads of the brand through a multichannel business strategy.
The company was able to penetrate a new segment of customers and retain its active accounts present on the Web and social networks.
